Well we had two awesome chats today talking about Halloween Party Planning. The first chat was attended by 6 people and the second by 6 also.
In both chats we talked about Party Food:
The most common seemed to be Chili but there were some other favorites. Cathymac had the great idea to set up different drink stations with cold and hot ones...she uses those flavored creamers that come out in the fall at the coffee station...you know like the pumpkin spice etc.
We also talked about different names for food...although most did not like the gruesome names or gruesome looking food.
Names for Chili: Witches Spicy Brew
Boil and Bubble
Dragons Breath
Other ideas: Bat Wings and Dip (Chips and Dip)
We also talked THEMES: BooBash
The Witch's Kitchen
Bootiful Festival (ghost theme)
Fall Carnival (fortune tellers, carnival)
Trip through Time (characters)
Dracula..with snake den and ummm I forgot the other part
We talked yard stuff and party decor and all liked the Circle of Ghosts

Here is a link to a printable sheet I made up for you with lists of sites that have great ideas....printable labels for potion jars, and other good stuff...remember to print it for your Halloween or Fall Notebook...and then you can type in the addresses whenever you want and visit the sites!

There is no way to capture all of the great ideas that were being thrown around in our chats...you gotta check out chat...it is so creative and dynamic,....hearing from everyone!!!
