I bought some stocking stuffers and other knick knacks but nothing significant yet. I do look out for bargains and ideas though.

It's never too early for me. I already have things in the gift closet. A lot of my gift recievers are gardening lovers and now is the time of year to buy items for them to put in thier gift baskets I make. I have even given hubby my Christmas list as there are some things that are out in the stores that won't be there at Christmas and are great bargains.

I started collecting stocking stuffers during the after-Christmas sales but I haven't yet started on the gifts. My family has all our birthdays packed into June and July, so now that the birthdays are behind me, I will start work on Christmas.
This weekend will be a great time to start since it's Virginia's tax holiday on school supplies and clothing.

I haven't started shopping just yet but I did make a list of everyone I need to shop for and what I think I might get each of them. I might actually start shopping in a few weeks. I'm making a trip out to the mall on the 11th of August so I'll likely have a bag or two of gifts on that day.

Yup have couple totes full of gifts already. Got few outfits and PJ's for each of the kids, got gifts for other family memebers and friends. I already have about 1/4 of the gifts bought.
A friend recently gave us 2 huge totes full of geotrax train sets in mint condition. Her sons rarely played with them. We are giving them to our son for Christmas. He will 2 1/2 by Christmas.

I am hoping to some wrapping - maybe September, to be realistic. I think I will buy some paperback books at the used book store and wrap them up for MOI!!!! I love to have something good to read when the after-Christmas exhaustion sets in.

I have officially started! I usually get an LTD catalog and received a fall issue awhile ago. Anyhow, about 4-5 nights ago I went to the website and they were showing their Christmas issue. After browsing around and checking out what they have this year..I made a $200.00 order. Now I can't wait to receive my "stuff".

I buy gifts year round. By now my gift drawers are pretty stuffed actually. Most of the gifts are for nieces, nephews, etc. For my immediate family, I have learned to hold off shopping until Dec. because they change their minds too often! Now, wrapping is another issue...I'm kind of lazy that way!
I've been shopping all year. I buy for two people each month. That way I'm not stressed in December.

Annette, I haven't rec'd mine in the mail yet either, but my neighbor said she got hers awhile ago & has already rec'd her 1st order out of it!! Hmmmmm... Normally it comes in July! What a bummer!!! I know I can look online, but I like having the book right infront of me! Lol!!

I normally save most of my shopping for "the season" I love to shop when the Christmas music is playing in the stores, it's chilly outside & that Christmas feeling is in the air! I love all the hustle bustle (early in the season....not shortly before when people are rude! Lol) So my answer is no...I haven't bought any gifts yet!

I have Magic Elf presents that I ordered after Christmas last year and I think I have a couple things in the gift closet. However, I haven't bought specific gifts for anyone yet because I really haven't decided what we're getting the kids or what i'm getting DH. I need to get on the ball!
Picked up a few more gifts over the weekend.

Me! Me! I went to Dollar Store today and bought some small presents. One -- for a granddaughter - is a small tiarra with matching clip-on earrings, in a nice box. Then, for each grandchild, a nice box containing two good-sized decks of playing cards.)Nice boxes make nice wrapping easier! Also - a US puzzel i - you know - a nice box.
