Oh my gosh! I have to decide! I don't know! Maybe lasagna, or something with chicken, or....I don't know!!! I guess I need to call hubby and find out what he wants. I might need to take chicken out to thaw.

Hmmm, with this cool weather we've been having lately chili sounds pretty good, too! Oh the decisions!!!!

Our dinner is in the crock pot now & I can't wait to eat it! :) We are having Cheesy Vegetable Soup. I have never made it before, but I got the recipe from a friend & I have had it when she has made it. Very tasty!

Cheesy Vegetable Soup

6 C. water
1 pkg. (32 oz.) Frozen Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Frozen California Blend Vegetables
4 tsp. Chicken Bouillon Granuals
1 Lb. Process cheese (Velveeta), Cubed
2 cans Condensed Cream Mushroom Soup
1 C. Milk
2 Tbsp. flour (for thickness)
In large kettle, bring water to boil. Add hash browns, vegetables, & bouillon. Reduce heat, cover & simmer for 10 minutes until veggies are tender. Stir in cheese, soup, & milk; cover & stir until cheese is melted. Serve, or put in crock pot until ready to serve.
*May add chicken or diced smoky links
**If putting in a crock pot, you don't have to boil anything 1st.

For tonights soup, I added some fresh diced tomatoes & smokey links.
