Turkey bones/carcass make the best soup too.
Anybody else make soup from their leftover turkey bones?

I never did and now I just get a Turkey Breast. I hated having that carcass sitting around ewwwwwwww. And oh how I hated picking meat off that carcass. I was always so glad to get rid of it.
