My first event!!

Well, after nine months of researching, learning and thoroughly enjoying all I could take in about becoming Santa, I have received my first opportunity. Our downtown businesses will be running special Christmas promotions from November 6 through Christmas Eve. There are several events scheduled for Santa during that time. I have been asked to be the Santa for these events. Needless to say, I am very excited!!! I am having some professional pictures taken shortly for their marketing and promotions and should get the schedule soon. I guess I can now officially change my name to 'Santa S.C. Small'. Thank you all for your help and encouragement this year! I couldn't have gotten to this point without you. I want to say a special "thank you" to Santa Phil (Legendary Santa Claus) who has spent one-on-one time helping me get to this point. He continues to help me any way that he can and I really appreciate it.
