hi all,
im new here but have been browsing through the site and LOVE IT!!!
im at work and mentioned to some collegues that i was starting to write up my christmas lists and wanting to get prepared!! they think im mad, but i wait all year just to get to august/september time to get into the spirit!! :-D

its really hard work staying out of my christmas cupboard throughout the rest of the year, that now, when get home im gonna dive right in!! what do ya think???!!
am i mad or am i on the right site for such crazy antics!!?

Welcome! We are right there with you, at least I know I am. DH just laughs at me when I want to play my new Christmas CDs or watch Home Alone 1 and 2 when they are on tv. I so can't wait and I'm really looking forward to September getting here. It'll all be "uphill" from there.

i think im gonna love this site!!!!!!!!
well i dove ( head first!) into my christmas cupboard last night and found that there was a whole box of broken tree ornament!! noooooo!!!!!!!!
i have no idea how that happend but hey, at least now iv got a perfectly good reason to get out buying more sparkly decorations, + non christmas fanatics can't say a thing about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
only problem is, i dont think anywhere in town are selling anything christmas yet! BOOOOO!!!
never mind, i had sooooooooooo much fun sifting through my other bits for christmas i think ill do it again tonight!!

That must be a disappointment to find a whole box of ornaments broken. :(

We have a Christmas cupboard too - it's actually a Christmas and camping/summer stuff cupboard. But I'm hoping to some day have Christmas take it all over and find another place for the other stuff.

Maybe you can take a special weekend trip into London and go to Harrods - they have their Christmas section open now. :???:

:cool: I have a seasonal walk-in cupboard! It also stores my cleaning supplies. It's a fairly large space, nearly used it for a computer room, but it isn't big enough for that.
