Hi there,

I am so glad I found this site. I LOVE Christmas! My favorite hobbies just happen to be perfect for Christmas.....(I love to bake and shop).
I am originally from Chicago, but now live in a suburb of Dallas, Texas. I miss so much of the midwestern Christmas season I grew up with. I miss the snow! Which is something I never thought I would hear myself say!!!:snowball:

I can't wait to get into all the threads and meet new friends!

I think I am already addicted to this site. So if you see lots of posts, I'm sitting here so excited about Christmas! I am baking for Halloween today but Christmas is on my mind!

You Northerners are really going to make me jealous this year! We may be moving in the next few years to the Midwest/Northeast so if you all love your town. Let the recommendations flow. I told my husband I want to move to Maine!!! He doesn't think I can handle the weather. :( But I bet it's pretty for the holidays!!!
