Since im new i have a silly question. I was on a christmas forum last year and they had a thing called Newbie Bashing its where all the new people get treated bad for being new its kind of like a forum hazing and i wondered if there was anything like that here because i didnt enjoy that at all. I ended up leaving.

ewww, newbie bashing, that's not right. I would have left that forum too.
