Hello From Holiday!

Hello everyone! I am also a transplant from Christmas.com & The Xmas Place, but this looks like a wonderful place to hang out if you will have me! :-P

My name is Angie, & I love Christmas! I live in Ohio with my hubby & our dog! My hubby & I will be married for 10 years in March! I have 3 sisters, 3 brothers, (all are married) 14 nieces & nephews & 1 great nephew. We all have a ball together on Christmas Eve at my parents (my favorite day af the year!) I would have to say I am the biggest Christmas nut in my family, but I have 1 sister who is not far behind! Christmas Day is spent at my hubby's parents. His family isn't quite as big..he has 1 brother & 2 sisters, (again, all married) 4 nephews & 2 nieces. I love Christmas day at my in-laws, but they don't share the love/excitement of Christmas my family does. To them, it's kind of just another day except you get presents. I'm trying to change that! :???:

I started out on Christmas forums when I joined Christmas.com in 2002. I also joined thexmasplace last year & just recently started posting over there. I joined this site last year, but this is my 1st post! It's great to know there are other Christmas nuts around the world! :-D

I look forward to counting down the days to Christmas & sharing the Christmas spirit with everyone here!

Holiday! It's so good to see a familiar 'face'. When did Christmas.com go off? I tried to log in yesterday (Aug 31) and couldn't, I just about had a panic attack. Who else has migrated over here? How do we get into The XMas Place? I know a lot of Christmas.com folks posted there two. I guess I'm paranoid now, I want to be on two in case one goes out!

I'm just "bumping this up" since it's been such a long time since I've posted over here (hanging my head in shame!) I have no excuse for not posting, except that I have been outside as much as possible, spending as much time as possible at the lake, pulling weeds, watering flowers & gardening! :) And here I am again - it's the end of June & I'm getting bit by the Christmas bug, big time!! I happens every year!! I'm getting excited for Christmas in July & I've really been in the mood to watch a Christmas movie or 2!! Last night I was going to watch The Bishops Wife since it was raining & I've never seen it before, but I ended up getting involved in the Lifetime movie on tv. If it's raining tonight, I'm hoping to watch it! I am going to try my best to keep posting over here (hopefully daily) from now until Christmas to help me keep this Christmas spirit! I've missed ya'll - and YEP - my friends think I'm nuts - just for wanting to watch a Christmas movie!!! :D If they only knew.....

Ok, now I'm off to see what I've missed over the last several months!!!
