Remembering Gail Storm

We lost another celebrity this week but her passing was not so high profile as the others.
She was well into her 80's but in her time she was a beautiful, wonderful actress.

She starred on "My Little Margie" and "The Gail Storm Show". Her program came on a station that didn't come in on our TV antenna very well and my Dad use to take a coat hanger and rig it up so I could watch her show. This was in the 1950's. I loved her show when I was a kid.

Her passing was mentioned in the news but to me she will always be "My Little Margie".

She could have. After her tv shows were off the air, she really stayed out of the public eye. I've watched her shows on youtube. There are so many treasures in tv's vault and so few people ever see them.

Oh I love Gale Storm...I never missed watching My Little Margie. I didn't know she died..Thanks for sharing.

I loved My Little Margie!! I remember watching the reruns at 9 am weekday mornings during summer break from school. She was always in trouble for something!!

Loved Gale Storm. Watched her in the 50s and I think I caught reruns of My Little Margie in the 60s as well. She almost made me laugh. And of course "laughter doeth good like a medicine."
