Question on how to use the forums- quoting?

Hi all! Just a quick question, is there any way of knowing if I've been quoted by someone? On other forums I use, there's a box to show who quoted you and when. On here, I lose track of threads, so never see if people have responded to me! Is there a way of knowing?

When you look at a post and want to respond to a particular section of it you hit the "quote" button instead of "reply" or "quick reply" -- and that will quote you and attribute the quote to you. To my knowledge there is no way of "tracking" those who quote you.
