Here still with you and my ugly English....
I have a good good good recipe, is easy to make and it can be made in every moment thanks to deeps freeze to you, even if obviously the fresh fruit is better...
CREMA AI FRUTTI DI BOSCO
INGREDIENTI:
1 kg di ribes
250 g. di lamponi
10/15 meringhe sbriciolate
1 l. di panna da montare o quella già pronta
PREPARAZIONE:
Frullatte parzialmente tutta la frutta (insomma qualche pezzetto intero rimanga) poi mettetela in una terrina meglio se trasparente e mescolatela con la panna montata e le meringhe sbriciolate.
Guarnite la crema con pezzi di frutti interi e gocce di panna montata...

1 l. of cream to mount or that one already ready

To crush all partially the fruit (some entire piece then remains) to put in transparent a better tureen if and stirs it with the cream mounted and the meringhe to you to pieces. To cover the cream with pieces of entire fruits and mounted cream drops...
