I've already posted these links elsewhere on this board (Christmas Media), but since they deal primarily with Retro comics, I thought I'd repost the links here...

Bobby's Christmas from the 1930's...

Santa Claus In Wonderland from the 1940's...

a W.T. Grant Christmas giveaway from the 1950's...

One's a newspaper strip, the other two are comic books... all three are complete stories and they are amazing and charming and fun...

Enjoy!

Thanks for sharing! I have the 2 comics saved in my favorites now. I wasn't able to open the first one (I'm assuming it's the newspaper strip). Is it a bad link, or is something wrong with my computer?

The link works for me... the link may take you to the Barnacle Press main page... just scroll down the left column and select "Bobby's Christmas Dream"... it''s a cool newspaper strip from 1938 that ran daily from mid-November until Christmas...

They're also running a new Christmas themed retro comic book feature at least once weekly (sometimes more) from now until Christmas over here: http://www.bigblogcomics.com/

Look at the archive list on the right hand side... the first one is "Santa's Story"...

Enjoy!
