I went to Applebee's the other day for the first time in maybe a year or so and I noticed they now have weight watchers points assigned to a certain light section of their menu. Have any of you tried any of these items?

I had the smothered chicken. Probably had about 500 points in it.

Somehow I missed this post Jeff.

I need to go check them out, this means I can actually go out and not totally blow my diet!!!

500 points 'eh? Sounds like you ate your entire months worth at one sitting!! LOL!

Yes I have been to Appleby's and saw the WW menu selections..Not bad at all and quite yummy as I have tried a few. Thanks for the reminder. Need to go back. I believe WW is more about portion control. However eating low fat, low sugar, and high fiber makes the plan work. At least, it works for me! :)
