My apartment complex will allow balcony decoration, but they frown upon taking over the whole lawn.

We're only allowed to hang lights on our balconys and front porches in our apartment complex. and we're not allowed to have anything other than lights. So, we're unalbe to participate :(

I bought 3 packs of these fake little lights on a string at Walmart. We took them off the string and I put them on the dish. I want to put a little candle in the globe.
