I used to eat it but I have found that making gravy with the turkey broth is much tastier and not as nasty looking.

All this talk about turkey. mmmm I have one in my freezer, I think I will take it out and smoke it. Hubby is layed off from the county for 6 weeks so would be a good time for him to do it.

I like giblet gravy also. It is yummy when made correctly. I have a turkey in the tabletop oven right now. I just might have to make some giblet gravy to go with it. mmmmmmmmmm

It's definately worth a shot. But I would make some brown gravy just in case it doesn't excite your palate.

Seems to run in my family as well! Mom loves that so did my grandparents!

I usually make gravy from the turkey drippings also by adding some Swanson's chicken broth. I think I have had giblet gravy ages ago and if I recall correctly. It wasn't bad. I did find a recipe on the food network you might like to try...
