Help with Elf Magic, visiting elf

Hi, new to the forums, but would like some help.

A while back I read about an Elf (stuffed animal) that would come to your house and keep an eye on the kids so that he could report to Santa how they were behaving. While he's there, he has a little fun at night, dreaming up all kinds of trouble to get into. I found some information on Elf-Magic.com, but in order to get the story or letter that comes you order an elf from them. I would like to start this at our house, and already have an elf, so I'm looking for ways to get started as well as some ideas that this mischievious elf might dream up to do in the middle of the night while the kids are asleep.

Anyone else heard of this or do this, any input would be great! :dance:

I have heard of it. Does the website not give you any ideas at all? Maybe you could get him to take and hide the kids shoes (on Saturday mornings of course)and then have the kids look for them...things like that.

The website does give ideas, I'm just looking for more input from those who have done it. Most importantly introducing the elf to the kids, etc.

Never heard this before, interesting concept. May be worth buying an elf
