Measure around rim of basket; add 1/2 inch. Cut a length of 1 1/4 inch ribbon to the determined mesurement. Glue ribbon around the basket rim, overlapping ends back. Glue reindeer head to back of basket at rim. Glue 1 reindeer front leg to each side of basket at rim.
