...takes after his Auntie Sunshine!!

We were out at Dairy Queen having a bit of a treat to beat the blazing heat outside when, out of the blue, my 4 year old nephew starts singing "Jingle Bells". :snowball:

My sister says that he is always wanting to watch the Christmas videos that his Auntie Sunshine bought for him and he's always wandering around the house singing random Christmas Carols!!

How Cool Is That!?! :snowball:

JOHNOR: I am rather proud! I started his Christmas exposure early BUT he does seem to have an inner Christmas spirit all his own, so I can't take total credit. I have a feeling he's going to be a lot of fun when he gets older!

Holiday: Absolutely! When he gets old enough, I'll have to direct him here so that he'll know that he and his Auntie Sunshine aren't the only Christmas nuts on the tree!

I have a belief that the passion for the Christmas comes from within. Your nephew seem to already have that passion for the best Holiday of all time called Christmas!

JayIsh:

Chillywilly: You know, I have to agree with you. The four year old has a three year old brother who, while he likes Christmas, isn't really interested in spontaneously singing Christmas carols or watching Christmas movies in August. Interesting...

That is so cool, keep it in his heart always.
My two youngest grandsons come over and watching christmas movies with me year around. They don't get to watch them year around at home. My daughter-in-laws are already talking about Christmas also. My sons just shake their heads and say "I married my Mom" lol It took me a while but I won them over on Christmas year around.

Congratulations! The next generation of Christmas lovers is here and well!

My daughter is coming along nicely too, she talks about Christmas all year long, and often asks me how many days it is. Her dad just groans.

Now my oldest, my 18 year old son, pretents to be totally mortified if I talk about Christmas before November. But when he asked me what I wanted my ringtone to be on his new cell phone and I said "Jingle Bells", he didn't argue. So whenever I call him, he hears Jingle Bells!

This is too much fun! An entire new generation of Christmas nuts is being formed. cheesy It looks like my nephew is going to have plenty of great company when it comes to Christmas!
