When I got home from work today, as usual, I turn on Paula Deen. She was making potato soup with all that good fattening stuff like cream, butter, etc. She was successful in making me want potato soup but I had to conjure up a recipe without all that fat.
I made my own style potato soup that included fresh carrots,broccoli,onions, basil,etc. It was pretty good and will def make it again.
