Went Shopping today........

Went shopping today and every store I went into or passed by had Christmas stuff. The dollar store a sidewalk sale and had Wreathes and ribbons and such. KB Toys had the giant snow globes. Of course Hallmark had their Christmas ornaments.......ect.I was looking for a Nintendo DS game for my nephew. So My final stop was Game Stop and I figured nothing about Christmas here. There it was Santa Claus 3 the game,I couldn't help but chuckle. It was a rainy Cool day with a high of 63. It really put me in a Christmas mood. Can't wait for the season to start.

I was greeted this morning with complaints about Seasonal items starting to make an appearance in some places.

I just smiled and said "well you've all been complaining since May that we've had no Summer. May as well start looking forward to Christmas!".

There's just no pleasing some people. cheesy

How fun! I always get a little thrill when I see the first signs of Christmas starting to pop up here and there. So far there's nothing in my neck of the woods (aside from Hallmark ornaments, of course) but it won't be too long now!

I haven't seen anything yet either but then I haven't gotten away from Penneys in some time now. Maybe tomorrow I can go check out a few things, I have to go to Joanns and the dollar tree, will definately check there.

I live in a small town too... nothing Christmassy in the stores yet... but I have seen some fall stuff going up on shelves...
