I really like this idea, I have made them previosly;
You will need:
LOTS of glitter in your preffered color
Styrofoam balls (or bells or stars!)
Runny white glue
Headpins
Cord/ribbon
2 plates
Aluminuim foil
How To:
pour glue into the plate (plate not bowl!) and roll a styrofoam ball in it until it is covered, transfer the ball to the plate of glitter and roll until completely covered, leave to dry on a sheet of Aluminuim Foil, Repeat until you have desired number of baubles.
Tie ribbon/cord tightly under the head of a headpin and leave a long tail, form the cord/ribbon into a loop and finish by tying the top in a bow, half coat the end of the headpin in glue and push it right down into the (dry) glitter ball, leave to dry and viola! you have beautiful glittery baubles!
I will post a picture when I get one, promise!
