I'm usually always in a Christmas mood, but right now I am feeling sooo Christmassy!! I had a gift card from Amazon.com I needed to use, so I just bought The Bells Of St. Mary's & The Night Before Christmas. I can't wait to get them! Believe it or not, I have never seen The Bells Of St. Mary's, but I know it's a classic & a must see (to most)! I bought this dvd for a friend last year for Christmas & she absolutely loved it! Now it's going to be my turn to watch it!!! Has anyone seen The Night Before Christmas? (1994 - set in Chicago) It has 4 1/2 stars at Amazon & it sounds really good & Christmassy! I guess I'll find out b/c I just bought it!! Lol!! Here's the link to it, if ya'll want to check it out:

Me too. I just bought the wrapping paper and the ribbons and I find it strange that I don´t find any christmas items in the stores now because to me it is, uh ...., well ..., I think it is October. You know, I feel like it is getting really close to christmas and I want to prepare more than I can at this moment.
Oh I´m enjoying this cheesy

Product Description
For some people, the coldest, loneliest night of the year falls on Christmas Eve. "The Night Before Christmas" tells the story of one of those people, Nick Allman, a disillusioned young man who has lost touch with the true spirit of the holidays. Set in Chicago on Christmas Eve, it follows his day from morning till midnight as he encounters a variety of characters who help renew his belief in a season where everyone's expectations run high.

I went to Michael's today and found some things for Christmas, but mostly their Halloween decorations are really cool this year. Even Sam's Club has some cool inflatables. I found a fireplace I want for my living room for christmas. It's beginning to look alot like Christmas.......

I think that's a virus that we all have. It just flares up in some people more ofter than others.

The good news is that with proper treatment, you'll have it forever.

Hey Hol! I just got a glimpse of your thread before I signed off and had to come back! It is pouring out right now and I'm sitting in the glow of a couple amber lights from 2 vintage Christmas lights (the kind you put in the window from the 1950's) I was even thinking of taking a trip upstairs to the spare bedroom where I keep all the Christmas goodies....just to look, ya know? Just to look!

You're lucky to be bitten by the Christmas bug, all we're getting bitten by here in WI is mosquitos! The last few years haven't been good mosquito hatching years, but we got flooded out a couple weeks ago, and now we've got 3-4 years worth of mosquito eggs hatching all at once. Can you say "Scratch, scratch, scrath?"

Anyway, I just love the:

I have this video of Christmas classics it is really old Christmas cartoons that I found during this past summer. Some of the cartoons are The shanty where Santy Lives, Santa's surprise, Snow foolin. I do not remember what store I purchased the Christmas cartoons at, but they seem like they were made in the 50's era most likley they probably have them on amazon and I will check amazon.com for the movies you mentioned I am always looking for new Christmas movies to add to my collection.:tree:

I usually get bit about 2 or 3 times a week at least.

I posted this on another thread, but I watched The Night Before Christmas last night & what a disappointment!! :( can’t believe I spent money on this DVD!!! It was only 45 minutes long (thank goodness) & it was horribly made!! Very hum drum!! I am so bummed! I can’t believe it has 4 ½ stars on Amazon!! I guess it’s kinda funny in a corky kind of way, but I sure wouldn’t have spent the money on it had I known…. Oh well, I’ll add it to my collection anyway!!
