Naming Tree

Just wanted to know; Does anybody here name their trees? If so is there a tradition on how the name is picked or if you have a fake tree is it the same name every year?

Of course, we name our tree. Ever since our first year of receiving the Santa updates we have named our tree. Santa says that since we bring a tree into our home, give it a place of prominence, we sing around it and gather around it, that it becomes a member of the family and it deserves a name. We did that our first Christmas together as a family (our first family tree was, Wally).

Last year it was "Princess". We're looking forward to a boy tree this year, even though it's the same old tree coming out of the box we have a way of making it new each year and by concensus this year's tree is a boy.

Great tradition that we owe to Santa himself...

I should name mine. I never have before thou. A couple ideas would be "thats mine, don't touch" for my daughter and her friends...*L
Or something to do with Disney and/or Mickey Mouse

Well, I never have, but now I think I'm gonna name mine Milo this year. Don't know why, it was just the first thing that popped into my head. Yes, Milo the Christmas Tree.

Namiing your christmas tree sounds odd, but if i had to name mine i'd call it a 'christmas tree' cos thats what it is,:) lol!!! okay..okay..bad joke!!
