When you're a low-budget Santa, sometimes you have to start out from scratch to develop the necessary Santa accessories. In my case, I had to construct my own belly booster from several plastic bags that I'd salvaged from the Apple Computer Store, from whence I've been doing a lot of my writing, editing, fact-checking and linking. What you wanna do if you want to build your own belly booster is grab as many plastic bags as possible. The idea, of course, is to provide the illusion that you're plumpish; since I stand a full 6'1" standing straight, it's easy to determine that I'm not exactly fat in the stomach.
Since I don't use a belt --- I tried to find a belt that would meet my requirements, but unfortunately could not locate one --- I needed to give off the notion that I'm supposed to be fat. So, arming myself with mathematics, I determined how fat I was gonna have to look. The results will take a while to fully describe, but I'll just say this: every so often, I'll test the thing out, just to see how I should look. Sometimes the test pays off, other times it doesn't. Still, it's an enjoyable first step into my transforming into Santa.
Do you guys test your "belly boosters" if you've got them?
