Well, fellow ClausNET.com members, as we approach the 50-day mark, there are a couple of things to be aware of. And here they are:
First and foremost, with Santa Rielly and several of our members preparing to get on the next flight out to Detroit --- and the inevitably rendezvous with Tom and Holly at the Charles W. Howard Santa Claus School, (http://www.santaclausschool.com) ClausNET.com is now in the capable temporary stewardship of Elf Bernard and Jinglebelle. Please maintain normal conduct while you're here; remember, there are kids watching us!
Meanwhile, I'm still waiting on that Band List from the Macy*s Thanksgiving Day Parade. I wish I could locate that darn press release thingie they put out in the months leading up to Parade time. By next year, they'll have locked in a list of the 2008 participating marching bands --- and they'll very likely keep that a secret, too! (Drat!)
Anyway, that's all I can share with you on an otherwise slow Thursday. Luckily, tomorrow is, of course, Friday. I will let you know what I'll be up to then.
