This recipe sounds really good. I also like sage seasoning on my pork chops. There are so many good recipes for pork. I recently fried some up with just flour and garlic salt and pepper and they were pretty tastey. I had also made home-made apple sauce that day so it all went together just fine and tasted great! Thanks for sharing the recipe..I plan to try it.
