I had an idea this year would be a hard one on the toy industry, why with all the recalls who wouldn't think this year would be hard on both retailers and parents alike. We have have two little girls and this year instead of starting our with their clothes I think we'll start with the toys. Our girls are ages 9 and 2; the baby is pretty easy to shop for but the older one while she still likes to play with dolls and play dough she is getting a little older and a little bit harder to shop for. This year we plan on getting her a few puzzles and board games but her main gift will be the latest version of the Nintendo Gameboy and a few games to go with them, she's been wanting a GB for over a year now. The baby however will be happy with a box, string and sock. hahaha
