I'm going to guess my brother was extremely happy for the turkey to be done, because, wouldn't ya know! He took a pic!

We ALMOST did a turkey over the weekend but my wife said we have to wait. Now I'm really regretting it.

Since the beginning of July I quit eating red meat and pork. 80% of what I eat now is turkey.

A nice turkey dinner does sounds great right now. Guess it will have to wait a while though. We are going away this weekend, maybe the following weekend. UMMM....

I'm thinking about making a turkey next weekend (we have 3 in the freezer!!!) for our lake neighbors, along with a big crock pot of mashed taters - it's sounding really good! Though I'm not sure mine will look that perfect!!! :smile:

Leftover Turkey is the best part of the Thanksgiving meal. Somehow, turkey tastes better the second time around.

This is the second time I did it. The first time I went for over a Year. Then I went to Green Bay for a football game. They don't have a lot of non-pork and non-red meat items around in Green Bay.

I you think you would die, however it is not that bad.

I could probably give up pork, but not red meat. I have to have my steaks.

Leftover Turkey is the best part of the Thanksgiving meal. Somehow, turkey tastes better the second time around.

I don't think there is another meat that tastes better the second time around than turkey. I don't know what it is about it, but it is so good!

Now I am hungry!

I've only been to one game, and was the one the monday before thanksgiving in 2005, we played against the Vikings. It'll be something i'll remember forever!

But yeah, your right, I'm positive the entire state of wisconsin lives off sausage.

I am actually a die hard Redskins fan. I am however a die hard football fan, how could I pass up on a chance to see Lambeau.

We just had a Full Thanksgiving dinner the other night (we did not have pie though, so I guess it was not a full Thanksgiving dinner.)

Obviously not every one likes steak. My Girlfriend eats red meat and she also don't like steak. I just don't like the way it taste. There are a number of things I don't like that would probably blow peoples minds.....I don't like chocolate.
