I don't know about the leftover thing, but it definately tastes better when someone else cooks it.

I prefer it fresh too, but will still eat leftovers...I have no problem reheating and enjoying it all over again.

Turkey tastes better when you're eating leftovers?
I believe it is called bacteria. The chili, the stew and in fact, just about any meat product always tastes better when it is "aged". Most fine restaurants "age" their steaks 28 days or more.
I love cold turkey or cold chicken. Tasty!

Well when you call it 'bacteria' it doesn't sound nearly as delectible!

I love the turkey on an extra roll and then with sweet potatoes on the side...
