Rosettes

Does anyone else enjoy making Rosettes? I made some last year after buying a few different iron shapes. These are so delicious. I usually sprinkle powder sugar on mine.

I don't even know what they are. I did a search and could find not what the are.

They are a thin cookie like deep fried pastry. Here's a link to give you a better idea. These are so tasty and wonderful.

They are good...very light and flakey..sprinkle a little powdered sugar and there ya go=)
