Alright so, theres alot of threads around about favorite christmas cd, songs and all that, but to narrow it down, i want to see which is your favorite out of this series.
It began in 1994 with the Santa Clause and created:
Santa Clause 2:The Mrs. Claus
and
Santa Clause 3: The Escape Claus.
So, out of them, which is your favorite (also select in poll)
For me, its the first one.
I mean, it was original and to me, the funniest. The second one was a dissapointment for me, but not too bad. Just thought it was a bit more silly (in a bad way). The third one was pretty good though.
And also, would you liek to see a santa clause 4? As far as i know there isnt going to be one but would you want one?
Id say no, but seeing as I cant make two polls, put that answer in a reply.

I haven't seen the third yet, but I'm sure I'll still like the first the best. The second one was good, but failed to live up to the first in the same way that most sequels do.
I think a fourth would be too much.

I dont think we'll be seeing a fourth anytime soon. Tim Allen has said he would rather not sit through the makeup process anymore. But Disney does have a lot of cash to throw around.
I also would not put it past them to do another without him

The first one was the best. I've seen the other ones but I think they're not worth watching again.

No brainer, it's the first one. Of course, the writers were guilty of plagarism and copyright violation by ripping off My Merry Christmas, but that's another issue altogether.

I think I like all of them about the same. They each had there own thing that made them good.

Well, think about it. We started publishing the Update from the North Pole in 1991. The first movie came out when? 1994?
Our head elf at the North Pole was named Elf Bernard.
We had a wayward reindeer named "Chet".
We Santa's head of research and development named Elf Quinton.
What are the odds of this happening?
There are lots of other "odd" coincidences.
"Believing is seeing"? -- yep, that originated right here.
"Have you ever seen Santa Claus? How do you know he is real?" -- Well, Have you ever seen a million dollars? (dated Christmas 1992 on SantaUpdate!)
At that time we were sending the Santa updates around the world via fax. I have copies of EVERYTHING.
I have had hundreds of people write me that I should sue because the similarities are just too coincidental.
All I can say is "I"m glad it was a hit".

Wow. I had no idea and never drew any kind of a connection, although I've only been hanging around these parts for a year now.

Well for Christmas you'll be able to get the Santa Clause Collection that will have all 3 movies. I like them all but the 3rd one was my fav I thaught it was clever with the back in time sequences when you see clips from the first film. It was The Santa Clause films that inspire me to collect snowglobes. I have them on DVD and will get the 3rd

I like the first one the best.Ive seen the second one but to be honest the reason why i like the first one is because i watched it since i was little.I also watch it cuz its good but that why i would really pick it over the second one.

I like the first one the best, but I still like all of them. I'm game for a 4th--to me, it's the more the merry! If Tim Allen didn't want to do it, since his son in the movie, Charlie, wanted to follow in his dad's footsteps, they could make him be Santa. Although, he might be a bit young. Just a thought!

I bought the Santa Clause 3 last week for my daughter (and myself of course) and we have watched it every night so far. I never realised how good an actor Martin Short is. I think his character Jack Frost is hilarious. Even my husband is saying ''Cocoachinos Anyone.?'' So funny. I couldn't beleive the gap between the first one and the second one. I was only 14 when the first one came out and now I'm watching it with my three year old!! I do hope Tim Allen will make a fourth one. I think this series could carry on as far as I'm concerned, I like them all!!

You are the only other person I've ever heard say that, and oddly enough you're both from the UK.

I liked the second one the best. I thought it had more sweetness in it than the others. I did really like the first one too. We just watched the third one tonight and we were really disappointed in it.

The first one was very well done and a new classic. The other 2 were cute and I own them but hard to compare to the 1st, the 2nd had some great moments though.

I like the first two best, but since there wasn't an option for 1 and 2 I chose 1. If they do a 4, will it be Santa Clause 4 - the Subordinate Clause?

So far I'd go with the first one.
I bought #3 last year but we never got 'round to watching it.
As a matter of fact I'm bringing the brand new unopened DVD with me to 'MovieStop' today and trading it in for credit so I can re-buy it on Blu-Ray.

I have all 3 of these.
The first one we recorded off of Disney.
Well, we bought the other 2. I think SC2 is my favorite one.
It's sweet and I love the music on it.
I am hopeless when it comes to romance!

The first one definitely!! It brings me back to when I was a little tike! Although I LOVE the scene in the second one where they are in the sleigh and they have hot chocolate and it starts to snow! It gives me chills! I LOVE IT.
