Has anyone else noticed this: In Home Alone one Kevin was eight years old and in the next one he was 10 years old. And according to the parents the vacations were a year apart. so Kevin has skipped a year!! Has anyone else noticed this?

Never noticed, BUT, it makes sense.
If what you say is true, maybe in the first one, his birthday was coming up, and happened once the movie ended, and then in the second one, he was 9 and had his birthdasy during the course of the movie... Not sure though...

Thats wut i was thinking.If his birthday was jsut coming up when the next one was made he was 10 or turned it but i never really noticed

Yeah. Home Alone 1 came out in 1990, Home Alone 2 came out in 1992.
