I'm thinking Fred Claus looks pretty cute too...I will go see it! :)

Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium comes out Nov. 16th - it's not really a Christmas movie, but it's magical...looks pretty holiday'ish!!

Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium is the strangest, most fantastic, most wonderful toy store in the world. In fact, it’s a magic toy store and everything in it comes to life--including the store itself. The emporium asks only one thing of its customers--you must believe it to see it.

I haven't seen any commercials for Fred Claus but I saw a lot of posters 2 weeks ago when me and 2 of my friends went up to Chicago to shop. I haven't the slightest clue what it's about but I'm gonna try to go see it just to get me in the mood and because it's a Christmas movie of course.

My son's birthday is next Friday, the 9th, when Fred Claus comes out. We're taking him to see it that night!

There is another one coming out in November--either the 16th or the next week. It's This Christmas starring Delroy Lindo, Loretta Devine, Chris Brown, Regina King, and more.

There are two This Christmas specials coming on BET:

Movie special on November 14th at 7:30pm
Music special w/ Chris Brown on November 16th at 7:30pm
(check local listings for local times)

This looks like a pretty good one. The cast is great, especially Loretta Devine and Regina King.

I know it's not a "Christmas" movie, but I love the story, love Johnny Depp, and Tim Burton. I just got the EW Holiday Movie Preview Issue yesterday and Depp as Sweeney was on the cover. Yay!

:merry:My husband and I have been looking forward to buying Santa Clause 3, and Deck The Halls. Last night we went to target. They had Deck The halls, but not Santa Clause 3. DTH was $19.99, so thinking that was a good price we bought it. WEll, we decided to try BJ's, and Santa Clause 3 wasen't in yet either, but DTH was three dollars cheaper. What to do now! WE bought the same movie at BJ's, and went back to Target and returned the one we bought there. We wouldn't have gone through so much trouble had the stores not been close by, but since they were we decided why not. You have to save whenever it's possible. needless to say, I think we will look at BJ's first when buying Santa Clause 3.

We went to see Fred Claus tonight. It was really good! The critics have been less than kind, but I never listen to them. I prefer to form my own opinion. So to Christmas lovers here and everywhere, I say "Go see this movie!" You won't be disappointed (I hope not, anyway). I wasn't!

Anyone know where you can buy Deck the Halls for cheaper than $20? Walmart had it for $19.96--too much! Stores in my area are Target, Kmart, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS. The store ads advertise it, but they don't say how much it is.

Thanks!

(I posted this in two spots that were talking about the movie just to cover all the bases!)
