Another one of my personal favorites. I use this recipe to decorate my sugar cookies during the holidays!
1/2 c. margarine
1 box (3 cups) powder sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tsp. milk
Cream margarine with electric mixer. Slowly add powdered sugar (a little at a time). Add vanilla and the 2 1/2 tsp. of milk and blend well. If necessary, add more milk gradually to get desired consistency. Add food coloring to make desired color.
