It was SNOWING here this morning too!!!! :D It didn't snow much, but it was pretty while it was coming down! I did notice a plowed field on my way into work had some white dusting over it!! It was enough to get me to turn on my Christmas music while getting ready for work (though that doesn't take much! Lol) I was SO excited!!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I've come to the conclusion snow is a state of mind. People that are family and Christmas oriented, seem to love snow and all it brings. Granted, we all have a grumble about it once in a while but on the whole, it's all good.
People that have more Bah, Humbug in their soul don't see the fun and beauty - they just see slush and flight cancellations

Good luck with that dusting!!
I can't help feeling I should make the most of this; this will probably fill our entire winter quota. Kind of like June 2nd was the beginning and end of summer!!!!

You are all so lucky. We last had snow here in Feburary (and quite a bit too). It never seems to fall at this time of year (rarely, if ever) Although it did start to snow on christmas day 2004, my daughters first christmas and sadly my grandfather's last. So that was a very very special day for me.

For those of you across the pond, you could always send some our way to the desert in Arizona. I want snow. Maureen you are so lucky! I to am jealous of your snow. I'm sure it is very beautiful there. I'm hoping for some rain/snow tomorrow, but knowing my luck, it will go right around me.

Lucky, lucky people. It's been warm here for November. One day got up into the mid 70s. Normal is lows 30s and 40s. Highs 50s and 60s. Once in a great while we get snow in November. Ah well. I'm happy for those who have it already. :snowball:

It does get cold here. We have a few blizzards a year. But in November, its always warm. Until the last part of it. Then it gets colder.
I checked the weather for the next two weeks. Snow a few days, but that will melt. Boo.

:dance:I'm always hoping for snow....as long as I don't have to go out in it. I love to watch it fall through our large picture windows. I love going out in it, too. HEY! I'll be able to this year...and be able to walk in it, too. (I had surgery done on a bad knee and it is so much better!) I can't wait to make my yearly snow angel! I'm going on 50 and still love to do it!
