Any musicians here?

I started out in life as a music major. I studied classical trumpet and voice. I can hack a little bit on the piano and have had the lead in a few musicals.

I'm a bass player as well Kelly! And I play the bluegrass banjo! I failed grade 1 piano!!!! (but can still pick a tune out)

A sound engineer, cool. I do the PA desk at Church sometimes and have a mixing desk and studio mic hooked up to my mac.

I'd love to get back into it one day. I'm qualified to work alongside as an assistant in a sound recording studio but there just isn't jobs here for that kind of thing.

I sing, play the flute and piano. I quit piano when I was younger but can still remember a lot of it.

I sing, am involved in amateur dramatics and got to Grade 5 with honours on the piano (Diana, I always wanted to play the flute!)

I HATE playing the piano in front of anyone!! I will sing and make a fool of myself on a stage but I am really uncomfortable if anyone listens to me tickle the ivories. Guess it's all those traumatic childhood recitals!!!!
