:nice:WE store all our christmas decorations in the loft in the garage. It seems so early, but my husband decided to bring everything out today. With the two of us helping, it didn't take very long. WE now have everything in a room off the kitchen. WE even moved the furniture around in the livingroom to make room for the tree. WE're either bringing that in today or tomorrow. Of course, no decorating weill be done until next weekend, but at least all the decorations are easy to get at. I'm getting so excited!!!

I keep my decorations in the basement and now I have all the containers opened and thank goodness the mess isin the basement. I might put up one of my trees tomorrow since I just found out my two sweet grand daughters are coming to spend the night with us. What fun, they will love decorating, LOL, of course after they leave I will have to re-arrange.

Sounds like fun! And I'm so envious of those of you with garages, attics and basements.

We pulled our Christmas stuff out today and that involved:

Pulling the train set and wreath from under our bed, The tree from the bottom of our bedroom closet, Our lights, stockings and general knick-knack decorations from inside an old suitcase, the angel tree topper from the top of our cleaning closet, the creche from the top of our bedroom closet and everything else from a rubbermaid bin that we keep at the foot of our bed (covered with a quilt so if you don't look to close it passes for our end of the bed trunk).

I can't wait until we can move out of this tiny apartment!

Thats great to hear. I know how excited you must be. I am too..I can't wait to get mine up. Just need to find the time or better yet set a day and get busy. I still need to get a few more outside lights...some of mine burned out last year and need to be replaced.

:tree:HUbby and I set up the tree and put the lights on Sat night. Yesterday I decided to put the ornamernts on. The tree looks beautiful! Hubby was so excited, first thing this morning when we got up he put the tree lights on. What a kid he is! I'm so happy the tree is up. Now on FRiday I could concentrate on getting the rest of the decorations up.
