The Tree in our Conservatory stays up all year but only because it is too big to store anywhere else and we dont pack that one down to prevent damage. The other Christmas trees - fibreoptic at front door went up two weeks ago, fibre optic butterfly tree in lounge went up last week, std green tree in patio this week and live picea in a tub on front lawn has its lights on and the ball decorations will go on this weekend. Inflatable trees will go up on the 7th of December ready for light-up on the 14th.

My family spent Thanksgiving day putting up some christmas decorations. We havent put anything on the tree yet or on the tables & shelves.

My trees went up on the 23rd. I have a large tree in my living room, and a 5ft tree in by bedroom. All the lights are on the trees, but I won't decorate with ornaments until my daughter comes home for the holidays from college.

Mine is up (as of Sunday/Monday). It took about 15 minutes for my 9 month old black cat to crawl up inside it. He's very excited because it's his first Christmas tree. I plan to give him loads of ornaments to play with.

Neither of ours have shown any interest whatsoever in the tree. Jacob refused point blank to get off the couch and Cracker wandered over out of curiousity but soon realised there was more fun to be had by pouncing on a sleeping Jacob!!

My family room tree went up a week ago, but I'm still working on my library tree! Yikes!

Things just have not been going the way I wanted them to this year. I said last year that this year would be better, but it hasn't--lol! Just hope I can get everything done by the end of this week so I can spend the last week enjoying myself and doing the activities that I like to do--like baking cookies, etc. At least my fall semester ended today so that's one less thing I have to worry about! I am going to see A Christmas Carol at one of our community theaters on Saturday. Can't wait!

Ours went up Monday night and was decorated last night...It's official...Now all we need to do is decorate the inside of the house with various items and we're ready to go...We concentrated on the outside this year...And the neighbors are calling me Clark...as in Griswold...I guess we used alot of lights...

Finally,we went out and bought ours sunday, put the lights on yesterday, and decorating today. We would have decorated it and everything monday, but my uncle died, so we had the visitation and funeral.

Both trees are up and decorated--hooray! AND we put our outside lights up last night. I did not go berserk. It is a very understated--and beautiful, if I do say so myself--display. I am thrilled!
