Oh lovely!! I heard there's the Macy's parade on today, I can imagine it must be huge and elaborate. Is the parade something like on Miracle on 34th Street then?
dvdguy

yep
as a matter of fact, those scenes in the movie (the original) were filmed during the parade
This is me later this afternoon

:piggyback:Happy Thanksgiving! It's a strange feeling NOT having everyone over here. We talked my brother in law into hosting Thanksgiving. He is....but it's a strange feeling, for sure!

Happy Thanksgiving.
What's wrong with tukey??
kelly ann
11-22-2007, 09:38 AM
its a very uninteresting bird to eat. I'd rather Beef myself.

Uninteresting? That's an odd qualification for something to end up on your dinner plate.
8-)
Turkey is a special occasion thing. I eat beef all the time, but the holidays would be pretty sad with no Turkey.

Ok I meant it's has a bland taste to it and I'm ending the Turkey war NOW!! LOL. :happyturkey::piggyback:

No war, I was just curious if it was a moral objection or what. Trust me, though, you just haven't had the right turkey. If not cooked properly, it can come out tasting like cardboard, but when done right, there's nothing quite like it.

I was joking about war, he he. ''Cardboard turkey'' reminded me of national lampoons when they were all sitting at the dinner table!!
