I am scheduled for my first official hospice visit on Thursday to a little girl who has been very sick her whole life. I don't have all the information yet but she is blind and can barely move and has never had a visit with Santa because she has always been so sick. Her Mom was delighted to hear I would be visiting and taking pictures. I know the little girl can hear and loves to listen to her cartoons and can smile and laugh. I usually never get nervous before a visit but I just hope I can bring this little one some happiness. From my understanding she will not be with us much longer so Thursday is the day to visit. Wish me luck Brothers, this will be a difficult and emotional visit. I hope I can live up to the requirements.

You are going to be exactly what that child needs!! Just be sure and be yourself. Kids are really good at seeing through adults and she'll she fear only if you let her.

Please post an update and let us know how it went!!

Santa George...
It will all work out fine. Just be yourself and the right words will flow. I think with her being blind maybe a nice plush stuffed animal for her to cuddle would be a good idea. Best of luck to you. Please let us all know how it went.
