I went with "White Christmas" on this one. "It's A Wonderful Life" would be number 2 for me on this list.

It's a Wonderful Life, hands down. That's the most inspirational story out of the those mentioned above, and second to the the true meaning of Christmas itself.

Christmas vacation, sums up a lot of families around the holidays and we need some laughter!

:rudolph:The original Miracle On 34th Street!!! C'mon, people! It's All Santa, All the time! And that scene in the judges chambers with Willaim Frawley cracks me up everytime I see it!

:hello: I agree, George! I can't believe I missed this poll. How'd I manage that? It snuck by me I guess.
When I received my engagement ring on Christmas morning, I said in my best Natalie Wood little girl voice, "It is a ring! It is a ring!" I guess I was a wee bit delighted. Of course in her case, it was a swing.
I've watched the newer version of "Miracle", but the original one is the best.
Edmund Gwenn reminded me of Burl Ives.
http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y273/AuntieMistletoe/AnimatedAnnouncer.gif That's a movie that shouts "Santa is real".

That was a tough choice. I went with White Christmas. It's an imperative that inaugurates the season for me. But so does It's a Wonderful Life and I adore Christmas Vacation. Again, tough choice.
