I have been pretty incognito for the past week, week and a half! First, I had two research papers due before Thanksgiving. Then, I hosted Thanksgiving at my house so the whole family was over and my sister was in from Michigan for the weekend. I did not get any decorations up yet, like I planned--boo hoo!
On a sad note, my grandfather had a massive heart attack Tuesday morning and I've been at the hospital quite a bit. He is 85 years old, but he is very strong. We are hoping he will pull through. He actually woke up this morning and he recognizes us. He just can't speak because of the tube in his mouth. They are more optimistic (doctors) now than they were on Tuesday. At that time, they didn't think he would make it, but they don't know my grandpa! Now, all I want for Christmas is for my grandpa to get better. I hope I get my wish!
I've missed all the great interaction here and the good people. Hopefully, I'll be able to spend more time now!
