Does she have any hobbies or interests? That might help you search for that perfect gift for your sister. If she likes music for example, you could buy her a CD or DVD of her favourite artist or singer. Or if she plays a musical instrument, you could buy her some sheet music of some of the music she likes. These are just examples, You can take it or leave it - it doesn't bother me.
