Whatever you call it, this is the conclusion of my tree drama that began in the previous thread I started.
I didn't get the artificial tree stand, we just decided to use the stand we had and hope for the best.
I'm not even sure if the screw is in there or not, but the stand and the tree seem to be holding strong and steady.
Without directions, I had to figure out how the six different plugs fit in to each other, but it turned out to be not all that hard and we got the tree lit.
We trimmed it with garlands and ornaments and it turned out looking pretty good...especially for something I got last year for twenty dollars!!! Anyway, I'd post a picture of it if that's ok. I'm not sure what the rules are here for posting pictures, so Ill hold off on it till I'm more familiar with the forum.
