Just had a knock on the door and two kids started singing ''we wish you a merry christmas'' . Has anybody had any carolers yet?

Did anybody go caroling when they were younger for a few pennies??

Wow that's early!!! But then again I'm out at my house group's Christmas dinner tonight (I'm having the works!), so I guess not that early...

I used to go caroling all the time when I was a child. I haven't been at all as an adult...and I'm a singer!! I also have never been visited by carolers to my home. Sad, huh?

Won't someone sing to me??

No carolers here either.

When I was little our music class would go to nursing homes and sing carols for the residents. They would have hot chocolate and cookies for us. It was always so much fun!

That's so awesome. I haven't had carolers at my door in ages. I used to go out caroling as a child with my church group. It was loads of fun=)

That sounds pretty neat. I've never even seen carolers with my own eyes though, let alone hear them sing. Maybe one day I'll get lucky!!

Thank you Kelly Ann!!!! You sang beautifully! No, I have never had carolers come to my door. I don't know if anyone in the Orlando area if does it at all. Maybe because it's not cold here...I don't know.

We never get any carolers. :( Maybe if we lived in a house instead of an apartment, we might get some.

I remember I did go Christmas caroling a few times when I was a little girl. I can still see the red cover of our caroling book...it was so much fun! I wouldn't mind doing it again except that I'm now self-aware enough to realize that it's a much greater Christmas gift to the world if I don't sing!

You could start off a trend in Orlando, Diana - get your kids to go caroling with you!! You never know it might start off others??? Go on I dare you, lol!!!!!!!

No carollers here either. It is not a tradition in Belgium though you find some carollers at the Christmas markets all dressed up in Charles Dickens style outfits bringing good cheer.
