Christmas Cards

:nice: I was just wondering if anyone else feels like I do. Christmas is less than two weeks away, and it looks like the christmas cards are rolling in slower than usual this year. maybe it's because I sent mine out last week, but we've only gotten 20 cards so far. I guess most of them will come this week.

Very slow.. I have only received 4 cards this year so far :( I usually have a ton more by this time.. I sent out around 45!
There are some years that I have received cards after christmas?

A few years in a row, my cousin who lives in Texas, sent cards after christmas. I don't mind a day or two after, because people do tend to have busy lives and send out cards the last minute, but this was two weeks after! I was so annoyed that last year I didn't send her one. Well, I couldn't believe it when I got a card and nice letter from her today! The card was beautiful too, not the crazy kind she sent out a couple years ago. Anyway, I addressed one to her today too, and it will go out tomorrow.

I have recieved 18 cards so far. I also expect more to arrive in the next week or so. I usually send out approx. 50 to friends and family and it's been even more this year will all the new friends I have met here on MMC. If by chance someone doesn't get one from me it's because I didn't find an address on the email that was sent to me. The one I got through email was kinda hard to read as nothing was in order. And I am very sorry about this. And want to say Merry Christmas to you all.

Sent out the international ones last Wednesday (5th) and sent the domestic ones out yesterday (13) so those here in the states should be getting theirs from me sometime next week. So sorry that I took so long but life gets hectic and cash gets tight. BUT they did go out so be on the look out for some cutesy card from Mr HJ and I.

I've received 21 cards to date. I've received a few from another forum I'm on. I've run late sending them this year. (I have sent them later, though). I've sent about half of them. I got my overseas cards out today. I wanted to send them earlier in the week but I just couldn't get to the post office. Oh, I've actually received 22...one from a student's family.

I agree though, we only have 2 cards.
