Hey Guys,

Long time, No Post! I miss it here. Its been a hard holiday season this year. Its funny how I had christmas in my heart all year long, and Now its here and I lost it. Well not lost it, maybe just misplaced it...ANyhoo, I have been working long hours and I am working on getting those Christmas Cards out, but Mostly I just wanted to tell ya;ll how much It means to me, and How much it helps to bring Christmas back to me when I come home exhausted and tired and open my mailbox and see 3 or 4 beautiful Christmas Cards. I want to Thank you guys all so much for everything. For the cards, the kind words, and the friendship you have all showed me since I have joined.
In a time, where I cant seem to find my Christmas or My home, I know that I can always come here and find both.
God Bless all of you, and I wish you all happiness and health in the coming New Year. I hope to back on soon!!

I, too, have been having a hard time keeping the Christmas spirit this year, Snowmaiden. As of this morning, we hadn't even put up the Christmas tree. I just happened to mention that I wasn't feeling "Christmasy" this year this morning on MySpace and when I came home for lunch, my dear husband had put up the Christmas tree trying to boost my spirits. It's true that the little things, like a Christmas card or a hubby that suprises you with a Christmas tree, can wake up your Christmas spirit!

Thanks to all (and that means you honey) who help us keep the Christmas spirit awake!:wiggy:

I will keep your husband in my prayers that all goes well.

You know its very strange but lots and lots of people are reporting exactly what you all are saying...that the Christmas spirit is hard to find this year....some have specific reasons and others just don't know why....I have struggled a bit recently too but listening to Christmas music has helped a bit....In the coming days may the peace and joy of Christmas find its way into all our hearts!!!

:snowball:The holiday's are meant to be such a happy time, but with so many sad things happening in our lives it's hrd to be happy. I lost my father on Oct 30th, and this past year was a very hard time for him physically, while emotionally my sisters and i had a hard time. Anyway, we got through the holidays but feel good thats it's a new year. WE had our father in our lives for a long time. he would have been 90 Dec 11th. WE all feel better knowing he is with our mother in heaven, and is at peace.

Sometimes timing is everything and if bad things happen in December it does hurt some the Christmas feeling but I believe that's what the season is about...that no matter what happens...its still a great time of year and you have to as best you can enjoy it because it will be a long time till it comes back again. Try to look at any positives when it's the season.
