Happy New Year everyone! DH and I will be going to a nearby, larger town where we have hotel reservations. We're planning to see a movie (National Treasure), catch dinner at Red Lobster (MIL gave us gift cards to there for Christmas) and then retire back to the hotel for drinks from the hotel lounge and R&R in the hot tub!!

Oh, and tomorrow, I'll be hitting Barnes and Noble and Borders because I've got $50 worth of gift cards from both places...that's $100.00 for new books! I can't think of a better way to start 2008!!!!

We are going out to eat with the kids, then come back home and watch football games/movies. It is just a quiet night at home with the family.
