Easter already??

Oh my gosh i couldnt believe my eyes yesterday,-Supermarkets have EASTER EGGS out already!!!!!! How can this be so? Christmas hasnt been gone five minutes and they're starting on another holiday!! Jeez If I was to be seen buying Easter Eggs now I'd look like an idiot, so who in they're right mind is going to buy easter eggs NOW???

I know what you mean ~ the very day after Christmas I went to a store by my house and they had Valentine's stuff already in it's place!! Geez!

It is silly to have Easter Eggs on sale now! Silly people!

However...Easter does come rather early this year...March 23 so it will be here before you know it!

Exactly...Easter is really early this year! And what us Christmas nuts have to remember is that before it is even holloween, the stores are packed full of Chrsitmas stuff... :smile: One holiday over (or not even begun) & it's on to the next. I have seen a lot of Valentines stuff out. I was sort of glad to see Easter stuff out...all the pastel colors makes me think of spring, flowers, gardening & warm weather...ahhhhhhh....though I love my snow!!!

I, for one, am glad they are already putting Valentine's Day things out now. My daughter is getting married this year and her colors are red and white. Her flowers are roses and calla lilies. We are doing the wedding and reception ourselves, so I am enjoying buying the decorations in the store right now.

HA HA I TOO LOVE THOSE EGGS...They are soooo YUMMY! I haven't seen any Easter stuff out yet. Although I haven't been to WalMart lately.

I agree the colors of Easter also remind me of Spring, Flowers. Warmer Weather. So looking forward to it!

what do you all do at easter? i go out for a meal with friends and for a few drinks.
